A FEW DETAILS

All Units equipped for personal housekeeping. Bed linens, bath towels, dish towels, silverware, pots & pans, toaster and coffee maker are furnished. All units have color cable television, heating and air conditioning. Pets under 20lbs. are allowed at an additional charge of $20 per day, per pet. The pool at Pipers Lakeshore Resort is open Memorial Day to Labor Day for your summer enjoyment. We also offer a covered boat dock, free boat launch, as well as boat and motor rentals.

RESERVATION POLICY

We will hold a phone reservation for 4 days pending receipt of your deposit. Once a unit is reserved, we refuse all other guest requests for that unit. If a guest cancels a reservation prior to 4 weeks of their scheduled arrival date, we will refund their deposit in full. If a guest cancels within four weeks of their scheduled arrival, their deposit will be refunded only if we can completely fill the original reservation with another guest. The balance of unit rental due for your entire reservation should be paid upon arrival by cash, money order or travel's check.

BOAT & MOTOR RENTALS

All Boat & Motor Prices are subject to frequent changes due to fluctuation in market availability. Please call for up to date prices prior to your visit with us.

Pontoon Boats                              -    $250.00 per day
Bass Boats                                  -    $200.00 per day
16' Aluminum Fishing Boats            -    $40.00 per day
Motors (15 hp)                             -    $60.00 per day

All Pontoon Boats, Bass Boats and Motors are rented per day (8 hours). Gas for all boats and motors are extra and will be charged in addition to rental fee's based upon actual usage. Pipers Resort has an on site boat ramp for your convenience if you would like to bring your own boat. There is no charge for use of the boat ramp. Padded stalls in our private covered dock are only $6.00 per day. Please let us know if you will have need of renting a stall when you make reservations so we can plan space for arrival of your boat at our dock.
