All units completely equipped for housekeeping. Bed linens, bath towels, dish towels, silverware, pots & pans, toaster and coffee pot are furnished. All units have color TV with cable, air conditioning and heating. A limited number of cribs and cots are available and must be requested at time of reservation. We also offer a covered boat dock, boat launch and boat and motor rentals.

Pontoon Boats $110.00, Bass Boats $65.00, 16' Aluminum Boats with swivel seats are $20.00 per days. Motors (7.5-9.5 HP) are $20.00 and (15 Hp) are $30.00 plus gas ( All rentals are based on an 8 hour day). Padded stalls in private dock are $5.00 per day Launch ramp on site for your conveniences. Bass Boats: $65 per day Pontoons: $110.00 per day
Reservation Policy We will hold a phone reservation for 4 days pending receipt of your deposit. Once a unit is reserved, we refuse all other requests for it. If a guest cancels a reservation earlier than 4 weeks prior to their scheduled arrival date, we will refund their deposit. If a guest cancels within four weeks of their scheduled arrival, their deposit will be refunded only if we can completely fill the reservation with another guest. The balance of unit rental due for all days reserved must be paid upon arrival with either cash, money order or traveler's check.
